Mapping and Mitigating Structural Racism
November 29, 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm CET
Participants will learn how FaithX uses ArcGIS and StoryMap technology to help congregation and judicatories identify and explore the origins of structural racism in their communities. How it specifically impacts their own neighborhood and faith community. And how they can develop effective interventions that displace the false US/THEM narrative of racism with a true and more powerful ALL US narrative.
Ken is a faith leader, author, consultant, researcher, futurist, serial entrepreneur, and innovator. He is the founder and executive director of The FaithX Project, a 501(c)3 faith-based nonprofit consulting, research, and resource development practice located in the D.C. suburbs and serving clients across the United States and internationally.
FaithX focuses on data-grounded missional assessment and strategy, congregational vitality and sustainability, mapping and mitigating systemic racism, community development, and faithbased demographic forecasting.
He is the author of two books and dozens of research papers.
